Dirty Blonde Delaney is a band from Dallas, Texas that formed and began writing music in late 2009. They started playing local shows in early 2010 around the DFW metroplex and have been on bills supporting the likes of Ume(Austin, TX) and O’ Brother(Atlanta, GA). After a few months of performing they garnered the attention of the head representative for the Rock The Republic Festival in College Station, TX and were subsequently booked at the 2010 event along with acts such as Ishi, Fair to Midland, Band of Heathens, Green River Ordinance, and many other artists. They were also invited to headline Dallas’s annual Zombie Walk Festival that same year. After many more months of refining the music and live show alike they sat down to record their first EP, “Sometimes Even Robots Breakdown” in the March of 2011, and its independent release followed on September 14th.
