Born in the small southeastern New York town of Queens, and quickly whisked below the Mason-Dixon, I am the product of a mixed marriage:
Dad - Southern Methodist from Montgomery
Mom - Irish Catholic from Philadelphia
So, naturally, I was raised Presbyterian in Miami...
Eventually moved to NW Georgia, living in a ca. 1838 farmhouse just off the Chattahoochee, sw of Atlanta...
I am first a Husband / father....
Basically, I am a country/bluegrass/ blues songwriter / lyricist (with a day job I enjoy), working with artists from Nashville to Norfolk to Nacogdoches... and have a couple of songs placed on the CW TV show, Hart of Dixie (gotta start someplace...)
I'm always writing song lyrics of some sort, and will consider working with any artist, singer or band - established or trying to become so, who is willing to work together to add music and create songs with the aim of having them released on an album or as downloads - either yours, or covered/picked up by somebody else.
Hank Sr. and Jr.
(tell me when to stop...)
Seriously, I really don't care if you are famous or not, as long as you "play well with others" (musically as well as socially...), and are willing to go equal shares on anything that comes from our working together.
