Born April 5th 1983 in a small Boston suburb called Lawrence, Eduardo Cepeda Jr. would experience a tough childhood that would lead the path to where he is today. At a young age, Eduardo and his brother grew up in a single parent home after his mother decided to venture out to make a better life for herself and her children. Consistently struggling and on the go, Eduardo would experience a wide variety of cultures and music, especially hip-hop music.
Tragedy struck in Eduardo’s sophomore year of high school when he lost his mother, his most influential figure in life, to asthma. His mother was buried that year on his birthday, a day that would change his life’s path forever. In efforts to cope with the loss, Eduardo began drinking at the age of 15 and used music as an outlet for his painful experiences at such a young age. With the push from his peers and to further pursue his love for music, Eduardo began tinkering with production and music videos. The experience would help guide him to now create music and have it sound the way he wanted to project it: emotional and extremely powerful.
