I'm a singer song-writer that started out playing in church with my family at a young age. My late father taught me to play guitar and my mother taught me to sing and about harmonies. I started playing the mandolin next along with the bass guitar. All the while singing gospel and bluegrass gospel, I had a love for country music. Johnny Paycheck , George Jones , Vern Gosdin , and Merle Haggard where my hero's. When I was 16 yrs. old I started playing bass and lead guitar for an all male Southern Gospel Quartet and continued that into my 20's along with co-founding an all-male trio that I played piano and sang lead for a couple of years. I left that in my mid-20's and played in a couple of country bands for a short time. Since then I've just wrote and recorded my music in a little home studio I have. I have no desire to perform live in a band anymore just enjoying doing the music I love for myself . I play all of the instruments and sing all of the parts on all my recordings.
