I am a self taught artist, for the most part. I took a few lessons when I was a teenager on guitar, from Vinnie Zummo, who went on to become Joe Jackson's guitarist, and now plays on one of my compositions.
For The Siren Song, I played the guitar. The bass, piano and synthesizer parts I wrote the way the old masters wrote, with a modern twist. I used the modern equivalent of staff paper and pen.
You might wonder who taught me to do that. Well, I taught me to do that. That's right. If you find that difficult to believe, you will be totally in doubt once I tell my whole story, but it's all factual.
Sure, I could put a whole lot of hyperbolic fluff here, but I won't. If you want to know more, you're going to have to ask me. Okay?
