Tyler was born on September 23, 1986 in Seattle Washington. Gold Bar, a small town with a population of approximately 2,000 people was where he grew up for 18 years. Music wasn't a part of his life until he was 20 years old where he bought his first guitar for a $100, learning Glen Hansard songs like, Falling Slowly and All the Way Down. Playing open mic’s and coffee shops around Seattle was where he discovered the art of performing to an audience, which took some time to get used to. Writing songs for a few years, he was ready to start recording his first E.P. "Here I Go" and in turn inspired him to take music more seriously. Selling his house and everything he owned while quitting his job to pursue his musical career was a big decision, but was definitely the right choice, so far. Tyler downsized to a trailer and parked it on the property where he recorded his new album "Ello V Easy" and will be released this 2015.
