As a lyricist, I don't see myself as a rapper...I see myself as a prophet whose not looking for profit. My rhymes tell the stories of my life from hardships to happy days. Just a old soul trapped in a body of youth. I draw apart of my craft from each of my idols/influences. Fulfilling my prophecies since '95.
Skyblew: I don't have to change my style to fit the mentality of the masses...my style is open to those who can accept, respect and enjoy. Plus, who doesn't love a cool nerd.
Rakim: I don't really see a need to always use profanity to get a point across...your reasons alone should be strong enough.
MF Doom: Unique style that many will probably never understand...but then again the style might not be meant for them.
Capital Steez: I speak about the word from my point of view and will stay true to the lyricism the helped my grow and evolve. (R.I.P Steez)
KRS-One: Far from a rapper, I am one who brings knowledge to anyone who listens...I am a prophet.
Much Love and Thanks!
