Note: The purpose of this page isnt to blast my way up the local charts. I want to use this for networking and a platform for displaying what I may have to offer for other artists. Heres the bio....

Daniel Anderson is a Raleigh, NC area musician with nearly 17 years experience in multiple genres from alternative to jazz to country. His unique approach to the instrument and slide guitar technique which garners comparisons to Sonny Landreth, Warren Haynes, and Derek Trucks have made him a sought after figure on the music scene.

Daniel has performed with the following acts, from a local to national level…

Illusion, Soulbox, Southern Blues Revue, Bad Mojo, E-Train & The Rusted Rails, Skeeter Brandon, John Orlando Band, The Swamp Doctors, Robin Rogers, The Amanda Daughtry Band.

Other performances include a guest appearance with Robert Randolph & The Family Band and two sets with blues legend T-Model Ford at Red’s Lounge in Clarksdale, MS.

In 2009 Daniel participated in the Charlotte Blues Society’s Blues Challenge as a member of The Swamp Doctors. They ended up winning, and Daniel had gotten the attention of Blind Pig recording artist Robin Rogers who asked him to join her touring band immediately following their performance. The Swamp Doctors went on to compete in the International Blues Challenge in Memphis the next year.

Daniel is currently teaching guitar, bass, and drums full-time from his home studio in Fuquay-Varina, NC.
