Yesterday's News / Bio

Based in Dallas, TX, singer/multi-instrumentalist Jared Caraway is the brains behind the musical project known as Yesterday's News. His eclectic, wide-spanning taste in music is reflected in the tunes he produces.

Not content to pigeonhole himself into a single genre, Caraway takes cues from the various styles of music that have inspired him. From the punchy, power-chord pop punk of "Words Fail Me" to the much more somber folksy self-reflection, "Keystone" (and hundreds of demos and unfinished musical ideas in between), it's clear that Caraway channels his soul into his songwriting and live performances.
