A.P. Martin is a folk musician from Louisville Kentucky. He has played guitar for twelve years and in the time since has also learned the banjo, mandolin and several other instruments that he uses regularly in various situations.
A.P. played banjo with the bluegrass band, The Long Run Players, up until their untimely demise at the end of the summer of 2011 and has also played with The Saint James Hotel, a folk group from the Kentucky-Indiana region.
While A.P. has always written and performed his own music, the recent dissolution of these two bands has spurred him on to focus his energy in that direction. Look for the rerelease of his debut album and other exciting new developments in the near future.
