Got my first guitar at 9. The first song I learned was the theme from "Peter Gunn". I liked the Beatles as well as the Motown Sound. Then, I discovered Jimi Hendrix and it was on. I spent hours a day practicing. Sometimes it was good, sometimes not so good...but I never quit. Music can be a lonely lifestyle, but it's a form of expression that really shows your soul if you only let it. I've played locally, traveled the country, worked in studios, played in honky tonks and Debutante Balls. I did it for love, did it for a living, now I'm doing it for love again. I've played with musicians that I loved and respected, I've played with others that I didn't hit it off with...it happens...it's part of the dues you pay to do the thing you love. Now, I play solo...my iPad never argues with me about what, when, or where I play. Love your music. Expect good things but know that it's not easy. But, just don't quit. Music will never leave you. Thanks for taking the time to look at my page. It's not perfect, it wasn't intended to be...it is there for your entertainment. God, I love what I do.
