Emily Rupp is a Midwestern born singer, songwriter, musician, and actor.
Recently relocated to the metro Detroit area, Emily spent the past 8 years based in NYC and performing around the Big Apple as well as opportunities around the country and accross the border in Toronto, Canada.
Her power vocals have been compared to the likes of Kelly Clarkson and Adele and her quirky heartfelt lyrics bring a fun stage presence with big meaning. Emily’s music is written for empowering, for raising awareness, and for inspiring. She writes because she needs to and she strives to write from an honest place of growth with songs from her playful pre-teen years, heartbreaking teens, and her journeys of finding herself as she is right now; creating an extremely personal and relatable experience for listeners.
