Felipe Moreno is a drummer who sings. His first album is “No Light” (2012).
The title album is part of the artist proposal about the lack of meaning in the fast light culture nowadays.
Close to rock and folk, this album comprises 11 songs with a post grunge sound and an introspective and melancholic view. The concept of the album reflects clean and acoustic sounds, filled with rock, pop, electronic and folk styles from Southamerica. Felipe Moreno has been playing with local talents from Santiago of Chile: Duna, Starman, Profano, Loco.
Duna was the Chilean grunge paradigm in the nineties. The album “Vacío” (Emptyness) was distributed by Warner Music Latinoamérica in 1998.
Currently Felipe Moreno is composing and recording his new album, plenty of rock and folk sounds. He is playing the drums, doing the voices and recording pianos and synthesizers. A group of talented Chilean musicians are working with Felipe in the making of the new record. The new album will be mixed and mastered in Strasbourg, France by the french-chilean musician Cristián Perez
