Adam Lake is an American-born folk singer currently living in Asheville, North Carolina. He plays guitar and banjo and released his first full length album, entitled “Last Best Special,” in January, 2010. His simplistic folk-musical approach to songwriting is evinced in his music as he attempts to create songs that are subtle and soothing for any listener, generating his music from influences such as Iron and Wine, The Tallest Man on Earth, Kimya Dawson, the Bright Eyes, and others.
Album recorded in Swamp Studios, Jacksonville, Florida.
