NOIZE, the Nu Jazz outfit and brain child of Producer Ed Accura has released its second album, Impressionz of a Colourful Mind”.
Just like its predecessor “Silent Journey”, this is an experimental avant-garde jazz inspired chill out instrumental album.
Impressionz of a Colourful Mind” uses authentic sounds and vibes to create the mood, planting a seed of thought for the listener to build their own version of the story.
You can describe this is an audio version of a high definition movie written in 4D.
“Impressionz of a Colourful Mind” makes a grand entrance in the form of a 13 track Nu jazz piece with tracks that include the enchanting Lady Blue 2, the club influenced tracks Casino Black, The After Party and Whenever Wherever.
The album also features the track N9 Orchestra which was written and produced by N9 Orchestra, Rock This and The Exit Stratergy which were written and co-produced by Coleman Sounds and Gino Felino respectively.
Ed Accura is a British producer who emerged from the mid-1990s underground street jazz scene. Under his Street Jazz Productions, he produced his first release, the street jazz album Five X Five, which with the single, Summer Jazz, became an instant success on the UK underground scene and export markets.
In 2003, Ed Accura together with D.R.A.and Balistic, formed the UK hip hop crew, 617, which stormed into the music scene with their highly successful debut album, The Vault. The album included their mega European hit single, Always, featuring an introduction from the then UK Prime Minister, Tony Blair!!
The albums Bittersweet and Circa 74 followed in the same vain.
In 2010, Ed Accura wrote and produced the incredible melodic, début solo hip-hop album, Observations of a Social Misfit. Ed Accura managed to create a lyrically, expressive album, translating his thoughts into reflective provoking tracks, such as Stone Sober, £1000 For A Pair Of Heels, Superstar, Vibe & Hype and Wall Candy.
In 2011, Ed Accura took a turn away from his traditional Hip-hop production and released the debut “NOIZE” album, Silent Journey. The reception of this lead to the highly anticipated follow up and newly released “Impressionz of a Colourful Mind”
The project has been described as being Influenced by Jazz, strengthened by Hip-hop, touched by the Blues Rhythm and Funk with an element of NOIZE.
