Tim Beam: Born in Munich, raised in the murky rehearsal rooms of the dark and mysterious Black Forest in southern Germany. His hometown is a place where old people spend their holidays or even the rest of their lives going hiking in the forest or sitting in cafés in town. Not much was happening for teenagers in that town.
The only way out was ROCK N ROLL!
Tim has released 4 albums and a couple of singles and eps to date. He’s toured Australia, China, Poland, France, Denmark, Switzerland and of course, all over Germany. He has written and produced television soundtracks for southwest German television.
Tim has shared the stage (actually, “opened for” is more accurate) with acts such as Uriah Heep, The Great Crusades, Beth Hart, John Waite, The Cranes, Spider Murphy Gang, Reamonn, Birth Control, Naked Raven, Xavier Naidoo and more.
Tim’s music is a mixup of hardrock and singer/songwriter tunes influenced chiefly by handmade guitar acts such as GNR, Tom Petty, or the Rolling Stones. Tim loves big stages but also feels at home on barstools in all sorts of small-town bars where handmade music is still purveyed.
Tim lives in Freiburg, Germany.
