Nashville Recording Duo, "Blair's West," is a modern take on "old soul" country.
On fire for music, as well as each other, their chemistry and drive for country music is apparent both on stage and in the real world, as well as in their writing. With the work ethics instilled by their hard working parents, both Beau and "Junior" love to be on the road and meeting new fans and friends all over the country. Their presence on stage is energetic and full of love and passion. Whether it be in an intimate setting or on a big stage, when you see them live you will know their love for music and each other. Their influences, ranging from Merl Haggard, The Dixie Chicks and The Beatles, have left them with the undeniable desire to perform, create, inspire and be inspired.
Beau Westley Hendrich was born on the west coast in southern California and grew up in a family that cultivated his gift of music. It is said that he could whistle before he could talk. He started on the piano at age five and eventually moved on to drums, then bass and finally began guitar lessons when he was thirteen as his punishment for a small run-in with the law for underage driving. Since then, his musical accomplishments have continued to escalate. Beau has played with several major recording artists such as Chris Young, Bucky Covington, Trent Willmon, Bomshel, Carter's Chord and Tyler Farr to name a few. Along with touring, Beau teaches guitar and records on demo sessions and tracked all guitar parts for the Blair's West EP. When asked what one of his most memorable accomplishments was, he says, "Playing the Ryman Auditorium with Chris Young."
Beverly "Junior" Blair Bisharat was born on the east coast, in Richmond, Virginia. She was the 4th of 5 children, all with different musical tastes, exposing her to many styles and genres of music. Her gift to sing was shared at 18 months of age when she would sing her favorite church songs on her parents hearth. "Junior" began classical vocal coaching at the age of 12, and began musical theatre shortly thereafter and toured the east coast with her church choir. In her later teens she began playing her brothers guitar and writing her own music. She recorded her first original demo in one of Richmond's top recording studios, where she began recording voice overs and jingles. At the age of 20, she moved to Nashville to pursue her dream in country music as a singer/songwriter/artist.
Beau and "Junior" met in Nashville, TN, only three days after her arrival in January 2007. They were married in 2009, and the birth of Blair’s West was soon to follow. They just released their debut EP, "Down Together," and have been touring in Virginia, Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, Wisconsin, Ohio and California
