They also have a passion to equip the church by developing and encouraging local worship leaders and teams. Both Steve and Sandi have taught classes and seminars nationally with topics on Worship Team Dynamics, Small to Large Church Worship Team Development, Keyboard and Vocal Workshops, and Artist Development.

About Steve:
Steve has been a professional musician since his high school days. Other bands would even sneak the underaged Steve into bars to play keyboards with their groups! After becoming a Christian at the age of 21, He devoted his talents to God's purpose and calling. As a multi-instrumentalist Steve is comfortable leading from up front on Keyboards, Acoustic and Electric Guitar, Bass, and whatever else might be laying around. First and foremost though, he is a Keyboardist and is known for his innovativeness on the Synthesizer in developing unique sounds and textures that help create the mood and atmosphere of the song and worship service.

Steve partnered in ministry and toured with Integrity recording artist Lincoln Brewster (Everlasting God, Today is the Day) as his Keyboardist and Road Manager for six years. From recording sessions to marketing to performing, Steve played a vital role in Lincoln's ministry. He is credited with playing keys on CDs "Today is the Day", "Real Life" and "All to You".

Steve was also the Music Director for Lincoln's home church, Bayside Church in Roseville a 10,000+ member church. Steve shepherd the volunteer music teams, programed, developed, arranged, and recorded new music for Bayside's weekend services including Bayside's Christmas services which would see over 30,000 in attendance known for it's upbeat rock and roll inspired epic productions.

Also, as an experienced recording engineer, Steve has produced and recorded over 20 CDs for other independent artist locally and nationally. In the mid 90s he was the Recording Engineer for Bad Animals Studios in Seattle, WA (owned by Ann and Nancy Wilson of the rock group Heart) where he had a chance to work with the top "Gundge" groups of the day. He left the recording scene in 1997 to become a worship leader and has been pursuing that calling ever since.

"Staying busy in ministry with Lincoln, Bayside, and recording has been a tremendous blessing in my life for which I am forever grateful" recalls Steve. "It has taught me things about music, ministry, and myself that I would have never learned otherwise. It's exciting to be one this new road that God has placed me on today - encouraging others through music and our story. I am humbled how God can take a broken man and use that to reach others."

About Sandi:
Sandi has been singing since the young age of five where she was routinely featured as the guest soloist for her home church in Fair Oaks, CA. She soon developed her panache for songwriting and by her later teen years was already having songs published and performed by churches and other artist.

Meeting Steve while they were both trying out for a band, the two soon fell in love and were married on Feb. 17th, 1990. Quickly, they formed their own band "Threshing Floor" and went on to receive awards and accolades both regionally and nationally. Including winning a spot to Showcase for GMA (Gospel Music Association) in Nashville in 1993 and placing in the top 5 for the California region of Yamaha's New Music Showcase in 1995. Sandi's energetic lead vocals, multi-instrumental performances, and uncanny ability to sing many musical stylings, gained her notoriety locally as a studio session singer and performer.

All that would take a back-seat however, as she focused on raising her two young children, Paul and Anna. She and Steve followed God's leading as they became worship leaders at a new church in North Highlands, CA. And for the next seven years, she would develop her worship leading and songwriting skills until God would open up the next chapter in her life.

That chapter came when Steve began to work for Lincoln Brewster and Bayside Church. For four years she was Lincoln's Merchandise Manager and Online Fulfillment Coordinator. At Bayside she began leading worship for women's events and other ministries. She continued to develop her strengths and talents and became a sought after worship leader in the area.

As Sandi enters another new chapter in her life, she is back full circle leading and partnering again with husband Steve. "We want to encourage people that everything is about God's timing! Our music is just a reflection of how God has loved us, healed us and brought us trough the good times and bad. And through it all He was faithful and never gave up on us and our dreams!"
