He is also a former member of Ska'd For Life (South West). He is now established as a solo artist in his own right, plus he also writes and records with his separate and very different indie project 'The 5D Experience'. His work includes a mixture of ska, reggae, indie pop that includes some big brass sounds and some big orchestral arrangements. Andy also has a very keen interest in the classic Phil Spector sound, and when you mix all of this together, you get the unique AKC sound! Andy has been around the independent music scene both as a performer and song writer in previous bands for years, and continues to write and produce his own work on his own small label. Andy has released 4 solo albums so far "Ska Blood From A Heart Of Soul", "The Prophecy" (also the expanded "The Prophecy: Deluxe Edition"), "Beyond The Illusion" and "AKC Remixed" (30 track album). All Andy Keys Clark and related albums, EP & single releases are available at most major digital download stores! There have also been limited edition CD releases of some of Andy's albums. Andy is featured on 2 of the charity fundraising albums for The Teenage Cancer Trust "Specialized: A Modern Take On Specials Classics" (Specials covers) and "Specialized 2 - Beat Cancer" (English Beat covers, under the name of 'AKC'). Andy also features as guest vocalist on 'The Hard Mod Beat' with Argentina's 'Crabs Corporation' on their vinyl album release (Jump Up Records USA). Andy has appeared live at Madness's 'House Of Fun Weekender" 2013, and later in 2014 performed on stage with Scotland's Urang Matang and Dexys trombonist Big Jim Paterson. Andy's following is growing all the time and he has gained much radio airplay on independent radio stations. Andy is mainly a studio artist, but you never know what the future may hold. He has built up a healthy back catalog of albums, EP's and single releases. Andy's other recording work is with his alternate indie pop project 'The 5D Experience', with a new debut album "Heartbreak Road" just completed!
