Shotgun Surprise was formed in early 2011. This 4 piece Rock/Hard Rock band tours the country and turns heads with their unique sound. Already making waves on the circuit, getting air play on both the FM dial and internet radio, Shotgun Surprise is primed to be a household name. Lead by Dale Spradling on vocals/bass, Dalissa "Dali Riot" Spradling on guitar/backing vocals, John Beasley, guitar/backing vocals, and Brad Bales on drums.
Shotgun Surprise has already put out a full length CD entitled Corrupting the Youth, with single releases of "Black Days" and "Just Messed Up," with both getting air time. Now they are hard at work with completing their second effort entitled "Aria Marie." Shotgun sponsors a foundation by the before mentioned name, that sponsors children who have lost their parent(s).
There will be plenty of "surprise's" on the new CD, especially from their first remake of a cover tune. An 80's rap song called "Funky Cold Medina." Of course they are putting their signature rock touches on the tune, but keeping with the core of the original. Their first single release should be tour tested and a fan favorite original called "Little by Little." Followed up by "Love, Sex and Rock-n-Roll." Their second CD should be released by the end of 2015.
