Yung NoBail (Reginald Dean Minters Jr.) was born and raised in Compton, California. In 1998, after connecting with Dangr (Rough Establishment Records), NoBail started writing rhymes. During this time, he honed his rhyming skills and learned to formulate songs and stage performance. A quick study, NoBail was asked to be the hype-man for Dangr and The Long Beach Dub All-Stars (Sublime) at the Cypress Hill Smoke Out, attended by 25,000 people. He signed with Rough Estab in 1999, writing his first single "For The Gusto." NoBail took a hiatus from the music scene to pursue a college football career from 2001-2006. He attended Compton Community College to play football and earned a 3.85 gpa, landing him on the National Dean's List Honor Roll in 2000-2001. In 2002, NoBail earned his degree in General Education and a football scholarship to New Mexico Highlands University. He attended Western New Mexico University in 2003-05. NoBail never finished college because of a violent past that landed him a prison sentence from 2007-09. The two and a half year stay in the New Mexico Corrections shined a new light on Yung NoBail. He learned about himself and his anger. After NoBail's full release from prison no parole in 2009, he started 5ive4oeEach Enterainment, 5ive4oeEach Security Services, 5ive4oeEach Management and a clothing line made by Aspen Couture.
