Andrew Parks, also known professionally by his stage name Drew32, is a hip-hop recording artist and producer from the metro-Detroit area.
Drew32's style has been described as a cross between Eminem, Kanye West, and Drake, but at the same time he is able to speed up the tempo and create rhythmic / top 40 radio bangers like his hit single, "Beyond Me" which premiered on Channel 955 (WKQI), Detroit's #1 Hit Music Station. The music video for "Beyond Me" was featured on Comcast On Demand and Fuse TV, and also has aired on many major retail stores across the United States.
Drew32 began to be recognized in 2007 following the release of his self-produced debut album, "Awakening" and his capturing of 1st place prize in the Spotlight Detroit teen rap competition.
Drew32's on-stage performance is no joke - in 2008 he traveled overseas to Athens, Greece to rock the stage in 3 sold out shows at prestigious clubs Akrotiri Boutique and Gicelle, each in excess of 2,000 people.
Currently, Drew32 has been gaining popularity after releasing his last mixtape, "Take the World" which was co-hosted by DJ Pauly D from MTV's hit tv show Jersey Shore. Currently, Drew32 is getting ready to release his fourth mixtape, "Sunrise on Your Dreams", which features his remix to Kanye West's "Monster". Drew32's version of "Monster" was so popular when it released on his iTunes podcast that it got boosted to the #5 position on the top iTunes music podcast charts. "Sunrise on Your Dreams" is coming out as a free download Tuesday, October 5th, 2010.
