The Sky Divided / Bio

"This is not the end. This is only where we begin."
In many ways THIS IS NOT THE END, The Sky Divided's 2nd full length record, is just the beginning for the band.
Local to San Antonio, TX and without a label or manager, The Sky Divided has shared the stage with Switchfoot, Scott Stapp of Creed, Jars of Clay, The City Harmonic, Casting Crowns, Tenth Avenue North and House Of Heroes.
2014 marks their 6th year as a band. In the past 6 years the band has played all throughout Texas and has been on 3 mission trips to Haiti. David, the bands lead singer, said, "There is so much hope over there. You can feel God's presence. We learned so much about ourselves and the lives we lead over there. Without our time in Haiti This Is Not The End wouldn't have been possible."
In 2012, the band released a single, "Hold On" to help raise money for a community in Haiti. The music video for the song won them "Music Video of The Year" in the 2012 San Antonio Music Awards.
Drawing inspiration from Switchfoot, House of Heroes, Incubus and a little bit of Coldplay, THIS IS NOT THE END is full of eclectic and honest songs.
Available on all major online music retailers, The Sky Divided is looking forward to sharing their songs of Hope and their love of God.
