Dream Eternal, what isn’t there to say about Dream Eternal? From the progressive drumming of Billy Fletcher, to the intense leads of Josh Kelley, and the blistering bass drops of John Perry this band is ready to change the way you feel about music. Dream has not always had this line up of intense players though; it has been a tough journey for Josh Kelley and Billy Fletcher. When Dream Eternal first started off it was a simple concept of a metal band envisioned by Josh, Billy and Bassist Cody Rogier. Cody was the original bass player for the “Dream Family”. Next recruited to the Family was rhythm guitarist Ian Cross and Vocalist Johnny “PC” Bauer. Ian Cross was kicked out of Dream for musical differences, but was soon replaced by Mike “Hash-Brown” Washburn. Dream was having a good run, a full family, but that didn’t last for long when vocalist Johnny “PC” Bauer and Dream had split. Times were tough; soon after the loss of Johnny Dream Eternal soon lost bassist Cody Rogier, his heart was no longer in the music so Dream and Cody had split. Nothing seemed right anymore, until the bass position was filled by John Perry, an old time friend of the band. Dream soon broke up, or so they thought? Josh had posted a statement on the Dream Eternal facebook stating that the band had future plans of reuniting but nothing was certain. Dream Eternal is planning to reunite and start writing new material for future songs. Are you ready? Are you ready for Dream Eternal?
