Originally from Ohio, I started playing guitar at 13. I walked out of my first lesson playing my first song. After a few lessons, I had to quit taking lessons due to moving. During my High School years, I felt socially rejected. So I stayed at home and practiced guitar 6 hours a day.I also play a little bit of drums, keyboards, mandolin, banjo, and bass. I am always working on new original music.I started going to open jams at local bars at the age of 15. I did this weekly for a few years. I learned a lot from seasoned musicians. My first band was called The Coldshot. We were a classic rock and blues band.We did original songs and covers. We were locally successful. We opened for Decyfer Down and T.Graham Brown. Everyone in the band ended up having other things we needed to do, so it came to an end. After The Coldshot, I played for various bar bands before forming my second original band. It was a jam band called Goat. While with Goat, I also played for an alternative rock/jam band called Nate and the Napkins, as well for a metal band Secluded Dream. After all but Goat had parted, and me losing my job. I bit the bullet and headed to Nashville. My journey to Nashville was great at first, then turned into hell. I am grateful for the people i have met and the things i have learned there, but had to return home, Today i remain in the Columbus Ohio area struggling to piece together a band. I continue writing and playing at home, and will hopefully be playing in your area in the near future.
