Pamela Allen and The Biscuit Rollers / Bio

THE BISCUIT ROLLERS ARE TAKING A BREAK. WE HAVE BEEN WORKING ON GETTING A MORE ROCKIN' BLUES OVERALL SOUND, SO WE MIGHT ALSO CHANGE THE BAND NAME IN THE PROCESS. PAMELA AND I WANT TO PLAY SOME R'NR', R'NB' COVERS AND WRITE SOME ORIGINALS AS WELL......YOU CAN STILL ENJOY THE BISCUIT ROLLERS PAGE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT.

Originally a country-blues duo, with Eden Hearne on vocal and Thierry Cognee on fingerpicking guitar. During the year of 1998-99 they recorded a self produced CD "One Kind Favor " which got good airplay nation wide and on a few radio stations abroad as well........ "One of my favorite CDs of the year!! - Kevin Connor, KGSR, 1999. PLEASE NOTE (The Biscuit Rollers were born in Austin TX in 1998 and are the ORIGINAL B.R Another band from Virginia born in 2007 "borrowed" the same band name, so if you go on line for inquiries, please be aware of this)........ In 2000, Eden split up and Walter White, a great harp player and singer joined for a 2 years venture with a friend, Carlos, on upright bass. The Biscuit Rollers were invited for a TV taping organized by "Texas Music Cafe", they also recorded a great little demo..... Then Thierry went for a break, trying and learning different things. In 2008, Thierry decided to reform The Biscuit Rollers with a new line-up. After several attempts to find the right people, finally, it seems like we are back with a more mature and rockin' blues band!!....
