Dr. Butterfly is far from ordinary. She entered the gospel entrainment industry as a singer of a northeastern female gospel group called “Anointed Trio”, children’s choir director, reporter for local school news and a teen runway model for several elite clothing stores. She successfully debuted as a radio personality in 2009 with the One and Only Princes Dvine on WEXY 1520AM which added to the show as a big hit! In 2010 became the TV Personality for Gospel Flash Media www.GospelFlash.com. Coming strong for 2013, with more media roles as feature writer for CBS Local, Optimal Living Magazine and TV Host for Kids Broadcasting Network.
She holds several degrees specializing in Marketing, Psychology, Christian Ministry and Business/Social Impact Management. Dr. Butterfly has also explored International Marketing in Malaysia during a study abroad at Kolej Damasa Utama. Furthermore, she’s touring the global with her new inspirational self-help book: Forgiven: Pathway to Recovery and working on 3 other impacting books.
She is an active Expert Speaker for the Florida Gospel Announcer’s Guild (an affiliate of Florida Gospel Announcers Guild and Gospel Music Workshops of America); Music Advisory Board Member of Positive Hits-Z88.3; Transformation Speaker and Sunday School Administrator for UTurn Ministry at The Faith Center.
An actress with talent and poise, Dr. Butterfly has built an impressive list of credits throughout her career, challenging herself with each new role. Dr. Butterfly has appeared in a number of television and film projects including Stories of Hope, and University TV, etc. She also has been featured on TBN and NBC. A homeless and non-violence activist, Dr. Butterfly is passionately involved with various organizations working to end homelessness and violence crimes toward anyone and promoting compassionate living through education and advocacy.
