Meet EDWARD J BROWN III
Born and residing in the Suburbs of Los Angeles, California, Edward has the ability and talent to perform all styles of music as a pianist/ keyboardist.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
Edward began his musical career by learning classical music through school and private lessons with some of Los Angeles' best instructors. He performs Classical, Jazz, Contemporary Jazz, Latin Jazz, Calypso, Rhythm & Blues and Gospel.
Edward has toured, performed and composed for many renowned artists since the early 1980's, including concerts and theatrical performances.
Edward toured with THE ROSE BROTHERS and opened for NEW ADDITION and DOUG-E FRESH in the early eighties.
He has worked in all surrounding local Jazz venues.
Edward has worked with some of Los Angeles' top producers in musicals and plays, including TIM STORY in a local theatrical play as the pianist.
He worked with DEBBIE ALLEN, JAMES INGRAM and KEITH ANDES in the musical "The Bayou Legend," composing music with DEBBIE ALLEN and being the lead keyboardist for the theatrical presentations of the play.
Edward also was an instrumental part of the music ministry at Crenshaw Christian Center for twelve years.
