Born November 10th 1987 in the southwest texas town of El Paso, singer/songwriter ENRIKO was born to stand out and perform. Changing his stage name at the age 19 while joining Denver local band KEOS who have influenced a new generation of spanish rock bands.
ENRIKO started singing under his birth name being featured in online sites and local press such as Stylinzine, FHR Radio, Kidkountry, and Beta Records among others. During in which he successfully created a name for him in the online and local market that in 2001 was offered a print ad contract in which he rejected the offer by John Casablancas because he felt he wanted to continue with his music.
By 2005 he recording his first single EP , "Love Song"/ "Canto de amor" with producer Kevin Clock who has worked with Natasha Bedingfield, D'angelo, 'NSYNC, Ginger Baker, eminem, Styx, Steve Miller, Method Man, Redman and The Fugees, as well as thousands of local and regional artists and bands. In 2007 ENRIKO helped create local Denver band KEOS in which they had the fortune to play alongside industry peers and artists. The band broke up in late 2009 after a successful two year phenomenal. However that did not stop him from wanting more!
After the break up, ENRIKO has begun writing his upcoming EP. The currently, "untitled" EP will feature some of his power songs including,"Just Lying Here" and "My Stitched up memory". The EP will be printed with photography by Denver photographer Holli G. He plans to work once again with hitmaker, Kevin Clock. Stay tune for the next chapter of this up and coming singer.
