My story: took a break from Johns Hopkins & signed with Charisma Records in 1977 and a second record/film contract with RSO in 1978. In a parallel career as a folk-singer and song-writer, headlined The Cambridge Folk Festival in England in 1978, at the top of a bill including Don McLean and Richie Havens.
Surgery, research and education are my passion and I have always loved the intersection of medicine and music.
Also current Chief Editor of "Schwartz's Principles of Surgery".
The Brunicardi Family offers the world's first MP3 musical - Kid Crusade.
Special thanks to McGraw-Hill for permission to use photo image of textbook in Jersey Shore Tribute video created by my sister Pat [Ecologyngle] who is also my music supervisor.

What an honor to play with these legends. The time of my life!
