John Fez Ferry / Bio

Hi,i`m FEZ-originally from Sunderland and living in South Yorkshire for 7 years.
I got my first synth at 17 and have racked up a bit of a collection.I have been playing piano since I was 6 and programming keyboards for the last 25 years.I have worked with various bands and have even played in Israel and also on P&O Ferries.I also wrote a dance type incidental track for BBC`s "Spender" series back in 1990 which was used and can be heard on episode 6-titled "Dance girl dance".

I mostly write incidental type soundtracks and i`m heavily influenced by Jan Hammer and the Miami Vice sound, from dark, moody soundscapes to guitar-like fast paced tracks.
I`ve even gone as far as acid-dance/jazz fusion!I have 14 keyboards as well as rack modules and samplers and a Tascam 2488 digital recording desk all up in my little bedroom studio and everything is keyboard based, not a guitar in sight!!-not ideal, but the results sound good...to me anyway!

You can check me out waving the guitar-synth (The Beast) about `LIVE` on stage!!!!
All tracks are up for sale,e-mail me for further info,or simply just become a fan.
