Keep It Secret is a Norfolk based pop punk outfit. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Greenday, Blink 182 and All Time Low, they have fast been making a name for themselves in the music industry within the local area, and have been making big steps to spread the word further afield. Their debut album ‘Supernova’ was completed in March 2012 and this was followed by a sold out album launch at B2 venue in Norwich. Numerous songs from ‘Supernova’ have already been featured on national radio stations including BBC Radio Norfolk and even internationally.
Since the release of ‘Supernova’ Keep It Secret have been regularly performing – from small pubs and clubs to outdoor festivals nothing has held them back. In the last year they have played the Reedham Ferryfest, headlined at the Amplifield’s festival and played to over 700 troops and their families at RAF Marham. They also featured in Oxfam’s Oxjam music festival.
Their most recent release, the EP ‘Pop Punk and Proud’ was released at a sold out show at the Waterfront Studio in Norwich, and has been receiving praise from critics and fans alike for its melodic and catchy tracks.
The band has so far received a lot of press coverage and radio plays, including a recent live interview during prime time with BBC Radio Norfolk, where they debuted a track from their new EP. Many songs from ‘Supernova’ have been aired on radio stations worldwide. They have also been featured in a full page spread in Norwich Outline Magazine, alongside Roots Manuva . Their success has been further rewarded with a signing to a publishing label, and have also recently supported Handguns on their Warped Tour warm up tour.
