We got together in 1976, or sometime around there. We wanted to be an all original group, so we wrote, and rehearsed, and discovered we couldn't book ourselves playing only originals. The drummer was the best, and he wanted to make a change in guitar players, so we had to give up Tim Cannon, of T.C. & the Cannonballs for Robert, which took the group in a much heavier direction.
Eventually booze got the best of me, and the guys had enough. It could have been a rock & roll dynasty had it been properly produced.
