David Hazlett / Bio

David has been playing music for 26 years. Starting on guitar, then drums, bass, dobro, and finally pedal steel guitar. He has played in several bands, including; Throwing Seedz, Downtown Conspiracy, Hound Dog Hill, Sarah Lynna and the Misfit Toys, Jeremy Staubus and Tim Spears.

David was the drummer for metal band, JED in 1992, and recorded on the album "First Born".
David played bass for Three Sheets To The Wind and is on the album "Political Karma", recorded at Dog Bark Studios in 2008.
His original song, Somethin' For Nothin', is featured on High Country's album "What We Really Want". (2011)
In 2012, David began his employment with the National TV show, Virginia Dreams Center Stage. In 2013, David's original song entitled "Something For Nothing" was featured on VDCS. The show also featured his original song "Without A Kiss"
He played drums on the track "Southern Love" for singer/songwriter, Jacob Allen.
Also, he played dobro on John "HoJo" Howard's studio album in 2014.
David is actively "utility player" for Jacob Paul Allen.
