Originally from Paisley Scotland, SInger Songwriter Ken is based in Darwin Australia.
"Music has always been part of my life - singing and harmonising from an early age. I decided to write my own songs when I realised I actually had something I wanted to share.
My songwriting sits in the country/folk/pop genre and reflects the cultural diversity of my Celtic roots and being brought up in the Top End of Australia."
"I've played music with some really great and talented friends throughout the years and this has also inspired me to write across a variety of genres. Hearing what other talented people can bring to your songs is a genuine thrill."
Founding member of popular Darwin Celtic Rock Bands The Rogues and Crubeen
Musical influences range from the great singer songwriters Paul Simon, Jimmy Webb, through to Dougie Maclean, Christy Moore and Crosby Stills, Nash and Young and beyond.
