Falling Through April / Bio

FALLING THROUGH APRIL blurs the lines of the most intriguing sound of Rock and Alternative music from the 90's through today. The music itself is comprised of artful and melodic vocals accented by uniquely songful guitars. The dramatic yet mellow bass lines all driven by energetic and dynamic drums. Each member of this distinct band brings a different style and influence that procreates the chaotic beauty that is now Falling Through April.

Created in late July 2011 from former members of Manic, Strange County, Sleep In Sacrifice, and Interstate North, the band has blossomed into a significant part of Charlotte's independent Rock scene, gaining support at every turn. Within their first year, Falling Through April has performed live on National TV during the Democratic National Convention, was featured on the front page of www.ReverbNation.com, Peaked at #1 on the Reverbnation Alternative charts, organized and headlined a national tour, self released a 10 song album, featured on UK and US websites (Reverbnation - US, EventThrill - US, Songeist - UK, Rocknation - UK), was featured in various newspapers across the US, and opened for several national acts.

It's safe to say that Falling Through April is a band with a promising future and will be heard for years to come.
