Spartanburg, South Carolina native Robert Mullins, aka Moody Black has been performing since the age of 12. This rapper, actor, poet fuses soul and rhyme to make a unique style of Hip-Hop. Some people have even said that Moody Black sounds like a blend of Andre 3000, Mos Def, and Common. Moody Black makes every effort to make sure that there is a life lesson in all of his lyrics and songs. Besides gaining individual recognition: Moody Black has worked with a group of outstanding artists from Upstate South Carolina.
