BLACK THERAPY, Melodic Death Metal from Rome (Italy) gets formed in 2009 by Daniele Rizzo and Lorenzo "Kallo" Carlini (guitarists). After several searches, line up gets completed in 2010 with the addition of Luca Soldati (drums), Giulio Rimoli (bass) and Giuseppe Di Giorgio (vocals), also vocalist in Eyeconoclast.
The band's first ep -Through This Path- gets released in 2010 and the live activity begins. In October 2012 Black Therapy enters the studio to give birth to the first full lenght album "Symptoms Of a Common Sickness", mixed by Bob Romano (Ade) at MI studios (Hollywood) and mastered at Hertz Studio in Poland (Behemoth, Desaster, Vader) and released on April 2013 by Revalve Records.
Alessandro Finocchiaro joins the formation as the new bass player and the band intesifies the live activities also touring Europe with Nile, Ex Deo, Svart Crown and Vader.
2014 sees the release of their new EP "The Final Outcome" (out in October), recorded, mixed and mastered at 16th Cellar Studio by Stefano Morabito (Eyeconoclast, Fleshgod Apocalypse) and featuring Francesco Ferrini (FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE) as guest pianist on 'Mad World' (cover of the song best known as the soundtrack of the movie "Donnie Darko").
The band is currently working on future shows and prove themselves as one of the strongest upsiring acts in the Melodic Death Metal scene. See you on stage!
