From the smoldering ashes of the highly popular and local favorite band Uncle Frank's Wallet emerges a new and refreshing band. Contagious Woo- Formed in the Fall of 2006, gaining momentum and quickly becoming a recognizable name on Buffalo's local music scene. Vocalist Eric Haynes and guitarist Sean Ciaudella have created a monster with C.W. They just keep getting better. Credit the unique and professional stylings of new band mates Warren Namingha (bass) and Rick Andolina on drums A tasty mix of opposing influences. Contagious Woo takes the music seriously, bringing that same electrifying energy that pushes physical and emotional limits, like UFW did, for five years as one of Buffalo's premier local original acts. Originality has always been the key ingredient of their recipe for success. "The focus is on songwriting and creativity", says Haynes. "We've always been able to turn heads with an energetic show and some catchy tunes. This time the musicianship of the band will not be overlooked". It's easy to see what he means, just go to a show. It looks as is if these guys have been together for life. They seem to feed off each other. Contagious Woo blends a lot of styles from a trippy 'off the wall' sound to an 'in your face' heavy rock groove.
