Native of Cameroon, a french and English-speaking country in Central Africa.Born in 1982 and singing for 18 years,Eson was a member of a gospel choir when in high school and passed a master degree in marketing and management in Paris, France in 2005. .Growing up on "NEW JACK SWING'' thanks to her Big brothers and cousin in the early nineties, her favorite were SWV, Portrait,Hi-Five, AL B Sure, Brandy, H-town, Jodeci, Shanice, Guy, Bell Biv Devoe, TLC, Tony Toni Toné, Immature, Intro,Troop,New-Edition, Zhane, X-Scape and others. She also really appreciates soul and RNB music from the likes of Teddy Pendergrass,Gladys Knight and the Pips, Anita Baker,Dionne Warwick, Barry White, Staple Singers, Betty Wright ,India.arie, Percy Sledge,Caldvin Richardson,Syleena Johnson. D'Angelo, Anthony Hamilton, Raphael Saadiq, Glenn Lewis,Jill Scott, Bilal and many more.Because of the English language, which was kind of barrier for her music in France,and being a songwriter, vocalist producer and singer,Eson moved out to the United States to get more opportunities in the music industry.Indeed,English language gives her more inspiration. She earned in Chicago a Bachelor degree in Liberal Arts in 2010. Now Eson, is trying to add from time to time a touch of her African origin to her music, while trying to find singers interested in performing over her songs and lyrics. She used to perform in some clubs in Paris, and from time to time in London .She also got a chance to get up on stage in some venues in Baltimore and New york city. Her stage performances include as well the legendary Kingston Mines club in Chicago where she sang the well known "The Thrill is gone" by BB. King, accompanied by the Blues band Magic Slim and The Tearsdrop. Without forgetting the blessing to perform alongside the Queen of soul Aretha Franklin at the Arie Crown Theater in Chicago with her former choir Charles Jenkins and Fellowship Chicago who had the number 1 Gospel album in the country in 2012 for several weeks. Another memorable stage experience in Chicago includes, the honor to take part in the memorial service of legendary Roger Ebert at the Chicago theater in April 2013. While working in the marketing field as well as being a french instructor in Chicago, the MusicDaughter is still chasing her dreams and doesn't plan on giving up on them. Her dream is to share her music with all of you.
