Where should I start? “Your music would be a good place” says James. OK here goes.
Well it’s a bit different. I suppose you could call it progressive rock with grunge undertones, a splash of folk and a wee drop of Scotch.
It’s been a long road that I have followed. It has lead me to bands in many countries, left me with numerous badly timed broken strings and has occasionally snapped a vocal chord or two. Funny thing is, my life has consistently tried to take me away from my music. So here I go again, I’ve got time on my hands and a bunch of album material scratching away at the insides of my eardrums. I’ve written so many songs over the years that picking with and sticking to a core set is proving hard.
Most of my stuff is written on the guitar, which I'll have to learn how to play properly now that I'm going it alone, and it's all recorded in cramped spaces on cheap gear. One day I'll get around to recording some of it properly.
Here's hoping you stick with it.
