Hailing from Orange County, New York, the pop band Six Stories Told on Big Mountain Entertainment is comprised of Lead Vocalist-Joanna DeRosa, Vocalist and Guitarist-Jesse Sheppard, Drummer-Tyler McDermott, and Bassist-Adam Peters. Since the band's start in 2010, the band grew from a young Orange County local favorite, into a touring act that has done multiple tours across the U.S. and the UK gaining more and more dedicated fans, whom which they call their "Storytellers," from their catchy songs and electrifying live performance.
The band has shared the stage with multiple renowned acts such as Jake Miller, Nat and Alex Wolff (formally from "The Naked Brothers Band"), Aaron Carter, Heffron Drive(Kendall Schmidt of Big Time Rush), Hollywood Ending, and many more. The band was also a part of the 2011 Bamboozle Festival in which other acts such as Motley Crew, Bruno Mars, and Lil Wayne were a part of.
Currently, SST's two songs "Round and Round" and "Just Wanna Be Me," have made their way onto the Fox 103.1 WJGK radio station as the first songs played on their rotation from an unsigned artist. "Round and Round" has also made it's way into the "American GIrl: Grace Stirs Up Success" movie soundtrack, along with making an appearance on an episode of "The League."
In March 2015, the band released their debut EP entitled, "Epilogue," which includes their two most recent singles, "OMG" and "Foreplay" and also includes five other catchy and upbeat songs. The band's EP can be heard on Itunes, Spotify, Amazon Music, Youtube, and Soundcloud.
