Hi!! My name is Scott Killion and I am a singer/songwriter bass player, guitar player....I am looking to sing and play professionally, so if you are interested...Call me!!! David “Scott” Killion was born on November 16, 1953 in Garland Texas. When he was 12 years old his Dad bought him a guitar for Christmas. He taught himself how to play. When he was 16 he went in to the army. He had a short stint in Korea. When he got out of the army he joined many different bands, he played the guitar, bass, and drums. When he was 22 he met his wife and he settled down and had three kids. He was a machinist for 35 years. During that time he would play guitar and bass in his church band. He always had his dream of making a career out of music. In 2002 Scott wrote a few gospel songs, he got a few guys together at his machinist shop to record them. He moved to Nevada 2006, he was still in the machinist career. In 2008 when the economy went bad he was laid off. During this time he started writing more songs and posting them on the internet. He then joined JS and the Tributes. They played hundreds of shows from farmers markets to senior centers to Casinos. They also had a big show Tributes to the Legends. They appeared on KHWG 750 radio and Fox news Nevada matter radio show. Scott is looking to start his solo music career. David "Scott" Killion has the deep tones of popular country soulful voices like Johnny Cash and Kenny Rogers and the edgy sounds of seventies rock singer, Bob Seger. Scott also performs songs in his own special style. Scott is a strong man of faith and thanks the Lord Jesus for all his blessings
