In spite of growing up surrounded by cornstalks in the middle of Iowa, Miss Christine always knew that she wanted to be a performer. At the age of twelve, she picked up the electric bass and has been hooked ever since. Opening for artists such as Eric Church, John Carter Cash, and Keystone Revisited, playing with Jefferson Starship, and performing in front of Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin, Miss Christine has done just that.
Raised on a musical diet of psychedelic rock from the ‘60s and ‘70s, funk, R&B, and soul, Miss Christine has assimilated these genres into her own unique style of bass playing and singing. Her second EP “Dichotomy” not only showcases her bass playing and vocals but also her distinct songwriting style. In 2015, her band played Gentlemen of The Road Stopover Festival in Waverly, IA with Mumford and Sons.
