From the time Heather Ireland was three years old, music has been a burning passion for her. From her early years of standing on restaurant table tops belting out Loretta Lynn's "Coal Miner Daughter" with the jukebox to fronting her own band at the age of 24 (Poplar Road), her ability to connect with an audience is undeniable. Quiet and modest when carrying on a one-on-one conversation, Heather transforms into a confident ball of fire fueled by passion and determination when she steps foot on stage, proving that the stage is where she feels most at home.
Heather began writing songs at the age of 12 and taught herself to play guitar at 14 years old. While playing with her first band, Heather Ireland & Poplar Road, she was a nominated two years in a row for Georgia's Top Female Country Artist. Her compassion for helping veterans led her and her band to do a lot of volunteer work for the Patriot Guard out of Tallahassee, FL.
Heather Ireland is the whole enchilada. Talented, down-to-earth, and country as a turnip green, this girl will deliver every single time. Whether she's playing to a small bar crowd or an entire stadium, when she hits the stage, you will get a show and your money's worth.
