Doomsday / Bio

Founded in 1994 by Omar Jacobo, Doomsday is an example of perseverance.

Doomsday has published three official albums and participated at a couple of compilations, one of them with European bands, being the only Latin American band at the album.

Since band's first demo, one can hear a well-defined style. Doomsday's sound is result of many influences such as: rock, progressive, pop, classical and of course heavy metal.

After years of struggle, the band can now afford to make albums at his own studio and this way, do whatever they want, anytime they want.

Doomsday is now working hard on forthcoming album (called "Superstition") on stores all over United States on september 2010. Rest of the world can buy it through this website or via digital copy (iTunes, Amazon, Napster and many more).
