Bruno Gallone / Bio

Singer Songwriter, Bruno Gallone, describes his sound as Acoustic Power Pop!

Over the past three years I have clocked up over 120 gigs all around the UK, including some supports slots to artists such as:
Dr Feelgood, The Christians, Toyah Wilcox, Ian McNabb (ex Icicle Works), Kieran Halpin, Mark Morriss (ex Bluetones), Roy Wood, 3 Daft Monkeys, The Steve Gibbons Band, The Trevor Burton Band (ex The Move), Dr Feelgood , The Blockheads, The Deviants and John Cooper Clarke.

I have done TWO BBC Introducing live radio Sessions have now become increasing “in-demand” as an original and popular act.
I am also the founder member, lead singer, bass player and songwriter of the band Reaction. Reaction was a four-piece Mod/Power pop band ('79 - '82) from Burton-on-Trent and although we were never signed, we supported some excellent bands. Including: The Jam, Secret Affair, Purple Hearts, Dolly Mixture, The Ruts, Fun Boy Three, and Bananarama.

In 2006, I wrote & recorded a song called 'Forever England’, which was not only played on National radio shows and local radio stations but also resulted in three TV performances.
In 2010 I repeated this feat with BE THE BEST not only raising over £15,000 for two children’s charities from the sale of the song on ITunes & Amazon but also having the CD given away free in a table top football game called Total Action Football.
