Taylor Joiner / Bio

Garage Folk Music / Singer Songwriter from Birmingham AL

Described as “garage-folk” Taylor Joiner’s style has drawn comparisons to Neil Young, Ryan Adams, and “Bob Dylan visiting the Big Pink basement in 1971.”

Taylor began his musical career in the early 2000’s in Athens, GA. His first record “Knee Deep” debuted at #23 on the CMJ music charts and was featured in Billboard Magazine.

In 2004 Taylor moved to Nashville TN where he worked his way from street corner to regular performer in the establishments of the famed “Lower Broadway” and ultimately recorded the critically acclaimed “Glorious Glorious” with engineer/producer Eric McConnell (Todd Snider, Jack White, Loretta Lynn).

Now residing in Birmingham AL, Taylor is currently at work on his forthcoming album “Legend” and has plans to fill his Fall calendar showcasing his live music at venues around the Southeast
