Kerina has been singing almost as long as she’s been alive. Coming from the small town of Grass Valley in Northern California, she made the decision that she was going to be a star at the ripe old age of six, when she first heard Britney Spears sing. By thirteen, she was playing guitar and piano and singing the national anthem at every event in town, including minor league baseball games.
Adding a love of country music to her passion for pop, Kerina began performing publicly at state fairs and stock car races. By fifteen, she was writing songs and recording in Nashville where she is currently working on the completion of her first album.
When asked what artists inspire her, she will tell you everyone from Lady Gaga to Metallica. Kerina says that singing is how she’s able to feel and express emotions, and she doesn’t limit where that comes from. With vocal ability well beyond her years, Kerina is truly lightning in a bottle.
