The Entity Files started as a pet project, something to have fun with and pass the time. Once the tunes were played for the benefit of others Ear-holes, it became apparent that more would be requested. Some long-standing friends and new acquaintances began asking for cds and downloadable songs. The Entity Files were born! A place to post the music was all that was lacking, and a good friend mentioned ReverbNation.
Entity Lester was raised with music; coming from a musically gifted family, one might say it runs through his veins. Entity played in multiple bands over the years, playing guitar, rocking vocals, and laying down some mean beats with his Drummin’ Dad. Drum ‘N Bass and Hard Beats have always been a guilty pleasure for Entity, though his tastes are extremely versatile.
All music is composed with the use of Mixcraft 6; the ever-changing musical patterns are brought on by the emotions/mood of that day/week. This project is taking place during a point in his life of drastic changes, understanding, and finding himself. Entity always dreamed of being a DJ in his youth; this project is an extension of that desire, utilizing dub-step sounds and drops in correlation with other styles. The Entity Files are all about blending, mashing, and crossing boundaries. Utilizing precision, moderation, and variety, The Entity Files are sure to have a little something for everyone. The tunes will more than likely never be the same. Entity wanted to make this music available to whomever may like it; life is music, music brings people close, lasts through the ages, and sets a vibrational tone for emotions and our own energetic vibrations to latch onto.
A quick message from Entity:
Music has helped me through some hard times, as well as allowing me to experience some fantastically amazing ones. It is my hope that some of these tunes might strike a resonating chord within your very being, and allow you to fully experience the emotions you may be searching for or have already encountered.
